A speaker agency works for the client.
We work for you.
on your presence, your database, your relationships, The admin, and everything that Consistently turns one booking into the next three.
Post consistently. Send the newsletter. Capture the names in the room. Follow up with the client three months later. Keep the database warm. Get the video clipped and out there.
You know it works. You just haven't got to it since March.
So the next booking comes when someone happens to remember you, or when an agent happens to have a slot that fits.
Which is a strange way to run a business that you're otherwise extremely good at.
Built by the team behind one of South Africa's busiest speakers.

We build the machine and hand you the controls.
Your newsletter written and ready to send. Your posts written, designed and scheduled. Your video clipped. Your database set up, cleaned and growing.
One system, one place, replacing the four subscriptions you're half-using.
You stay in control of your accounts. We make sure there's always something worth posting, and we're on your back until it's posted.
When you're ready to stop being the bottleneck, we take the accounts.
We post, we reply, we engage, we produce the podcast, we run the analytics.
Your presence runs whether you're in a workshop, on a plane, or on leave.
This is where most speakers leave the money.
We take over the afters: capturing every name in every room, following up with every client, keeping the ones you've already impressed close enough to book you again.
At this point we're managing enquiries and bookings, and we're paid the way an agent is paid: a percentage of what we bring you.
The more we earn, the less you pay us in fees.
If you're doing three or four paid engagements a month at a professional fee, you have something for us to build on - and adding one more booking a month more than covers what we cost.
If you're just starting out, we're probably not the right investment yet. We're not speaker coaches and we're not a launchpad. We're the operation that gets built around a speaker who's already good, and already busy, and knows they should be busier.
We also don't take everyone. We only take on speakers whom we believe we can genuinely grow.
Speaker agencies work for the client who is booking. They earn their commission by filling a slot, and then they move on to the next slot.
We work for you. Our job is to make sure that in six months' time, more people are asking for you by name - and that when they do, someone answers timeously, follows up properly, and turns the enquiry into a booking.
Agencies sell your availability. We build the demand that fills it.
(You can keep your agents. We'll keep them updated. We don't take commission on work they bring you.)
This isn't a theory. It's a system we've been running for twenty years. Between us: two decades inside the business of professional speaking, from the desk rather than the stage.

Client relationships, sales and bookings. Caryn has spent a decade managing the enquiries, negotiations, contracts and client relationships behind a full international speaking diary - including the follow-up that most speakers never get to.

Brand, content and systems. Jude runs the presence - newsletters, social, video, podcast, database - and has built the systems that make it repeatable across a roster rather than a hero effort for one person.
You take the stage. We take everything else.
